Sleepy Moons Newborn Manual

Are newborns supposed to sleep through the night?

Absolutely not.

Do they need to be held, loved on, and fed oh so very frequently? Yes — constantly. And sometimes, even that isn’t enough to guarantee a perfectly peaceful day or night.
Give yourself, and your sweet new blessing, endless grace. Your baby is learning to adjust to life outside the womb while you’re finding your rhythm in motherhood — two big transitions happening all at once.

So take a deep breath and settle in — there’s a lot of goodness ahead, all laid out clearly and simply so you can revisit it anytime during those first four months.

You’ve got this — and I’m right here with you every step of the way.

Sleepy Moons Newborn Manual

In this guide, I’ll walk you through soothing techniques, early sleep routines, creating the ideal sleep environment, navigating day-night confusion, and what to expect as you move from bassinet to crib (or from your room to theirs). And that’s just the beginning.

An Encouraging Note from Jess

If you've found your way here, I'm so glad you did. My hope is that Sleepy Moons reminds you that you're not alone.

With a little guidance, consistency, and encouragement, peaceful nights are possible. I'm here to walk beside you, celebrate your wins, and remind you that rest isn't just for your baby — it's for you, too.

Together, we've got this.

Jess
